Prior to joining Ratcliff, Peter was a lawyer in a leading international estate planning law firm in London, England.
Peter is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, and the Wills & Estates and Elder Law sub-sections of the Canadian Bar Association.
Kevin Lee heads Ratcliff’s Estate Litigation Group.
Kevin has experience in a broad range of estate and trust litigation, including variation of Wills claims under WESA, trust variations and requests for accountings by attorneys under Powers of Attorney, trustees and executors in disputes about assets and fees.
Kevin has appeared in all levels of Court in British Columbia, and is also experienced in mediation.
Mary Downey and Jacqueline Gaffney (front row) are paralegals and specialize in estate administration and accounts. Christine Broatch is a senior legal assistant specialising in drafting wills and trusts.
